Universities have a critical role in leading global efforts for all-round and sustainable economic growth. At our university, we prepare students for productive employment and entrepreneurship by equipping them with relevant knowledge, skills and mindsets needed for the modern workforce. We do this by offering career services, internships and entrepreneurship programmes to enhance students’ employability. We focus our research on generating innovative ideas and solutions that address economic challenges, promote job creation and foster sustainable business practices. We partner with businesses and agencies to create job opportunities and influence policies that support inclusive economic growth. We also adopt fair employment policies, promote diversity and ensure a safe working environment, modelling decent work standards for the broader community.
