Adopting inclusive policies and practices is a viable strategy towards reducing inequalities at all levels. We implement nondiscriminatory admission and employment policies, ensuring positive action for underrepresented groups. We enforce anti-discriminatory policies that foster fairness and equity for all students and staff. We ensure that students from marginalized, low-income or deprived backgrounds are encouraged in our financial and academic support programmes.

Through the Student Affairs Unit and Counselling Unit, we provide dedicated support services to physically challenged students and staff, ensuring their wellbeing and unhindered access to our resources. We partner with rural areas, through our community development services, fostering social inclusion.

Curriculum and research are a formidable tool for addressing global inequality. Our university develops inclusive and culturally responsive curricula that reflect diverse perspectives. We equally conduct impactful research on equality and social justice, and apply the findings to our day-to-day activities.
